Polivac-CL (Combined Clostridial Vaccine)

POLİVAC -Cl; Clin. perfringens Type B, C, D. Clin. oedematiens Type A, Cl. Septicum and Cl. It is an inactive toxoid combined vaccine prepared with Chauvoei anaculture.

POLIVAC -Cl is a strong vaccine that complies with international standards in terms of the antitoxin source it contains.

In the tests carried out in our laboratory and the Control Institute, the antitoxin ratios obtained in experimental animals;

Clin. perlringens Type B.C.D toxoid 10 lU / ml. Beta antitoxin

5 lU / ml. Alpha and epsilon antitoxini Cl. septicum toxoid 2.5 lU / ml. the antitoxin

Clin. oedematiens toxoid 3.5 lU / ml. the antitoxin

Clin. chauvoei anaculture 100% protection

IN POLIVAC -CL COUNTRY WAS INTERLANTED IN THE INDICATION FIELDS AS THE FIRST COMBINED VACCINE AGAINST BACTERIAL TOXIC INFECTIONS.

Indications:

Enterotoxemia
In sheep, goats and calves; Clin. Struck (Vurgun disease), Pulpy kidney (Soft kidney disease), Hemorrhagic enteritis lambs caused by perfringens Medicine C and D; Clin. Lamb Dizter caused by perfringens Type B

Infectious Necrotic Hepatitis
Cl in sheep. Oedematiens is indicated for protection from the disease caused by Type A.

Blackleg
Cl in cattle and sheep. It is indicated for protection from disease caused by chauvoei.

Gas Gangrene
Cl in cattle, sheep and goats. perfringens, Cl. septicum and Cl. It is indicated for protection from diseases caused by oedematiens.

Bradzo
Cl in cattle, sheep and goats. It is indicated for protection against the disease caused by septicum.

Application:

• In sheep and goats; In the first application, it is done in 2 ml subcutaneous way. The dose is repeated after 21 days.
• The lambs born from the mother without vaccination are administered 1 ml subcutaneously, the dose is repeated after 21 days.
• In adult cattle; In the first applications, it is done by 4 ml subcutaneously. The dose is repeated after 21 days.
• In calves less than 3 months; In the first applications, it is done in 2 ml subcutaneous way. The dose is repeated after 21 days.
• Vaccinated animals are vaccinated once a year. Immunity is shaped within 6 to 8 weeks and the duration of the immunity is 1 year.
• Pregnant animals should be vaccinated 2 to 2.5 months before birth. Pregnant goats should not be vaccinated. Although rare, anaphylactic shock may occur. In this case, antihistamine should be given.
