Brucella abortus S 19 Vaccine
Composition:
It is prepared from B.abortus S19 strain, attenuated, live,
lyophilized vaccine. Each dose contains 5-10X109 CFU alive
bacteria.
Indications:
It is to be used for unpregnant cows and all female calves that
are above 3 months old aganist Brucellosises.
Dosage and Administration:
The vaccine should be homogenized with the special diluent of
1 ml. Then, the vaccine should be applied to eye of animal 2
drops (100 ml± 4μl).
Apply the vaccine to healthy, unpregnant cows and all female
calves that are above 3 months old.
It is advised to keep vaccinated animals in a mild place for 2
days after vaccination.
The one applying the vaccine should observe aseptic measures.
Side Effects :
On rare occasions, the vaccine may cause anaphylactic shocks
in sensitive animals. Should thıs ocur, administration of 1/5000
Atropin Sulfhate in liquid form adviced to be used.
Cautions :
After completion of vaccination, discard in an appropriate way
all the empty bottels and the bottel with partially used content.
Storage :
Store at + 2 °C to + 8 °C. Protect from light.
Presentation :
5, 10 and 20 doses.
